A trick for Increasing Image Size
« on: November 11, 2013, 04:20:16 PM »
Posted this in SGL, thought it might be of interest here too.

There is a trick in Photoshop where you can increase the size of an image with almost no image degradation:

On the Photoshop menu bar select Image then choose "Image Size..."
Set the increase in size to 10%
Set the Interpolation to Bicubic Smoother

Press OK

You can create an action with this and assign it to a Function Key (I use F10 to remind me of the 10% upscale it gives) then it is easy to just repeatedly press F10 to upscale an image again and again :)
